To lift team spirit and create a positive workplace culture, Shandong Institute of Advanced Technology (SDIAT) recently organized a table tennis tournament for staff.

The games were fast-paced and full of exciting moments, showing researchers’ bold and persistent spirit – the same drive they use in scientific work. Players showed excellent skills with powerful smashes, tricky spins, and smart returns, drawing loud cheers from the crowd.

Staff members agreed the event inspired them: “Just like in the matches, we’ll keep pushing through tough research problems!” Many said they’d turn this energy into motivation for their lab work, helping SDIAT achieve bigger goals in science and technology.
