Shandong Institute of Advanced Technology provides the following salary and funds depending on the academic achievements and potential of the successful candidates:
1. Scientists:
a) Senior research scientist (under 45 years old): annual salary between 800k and 1200k CNY.
b) Associate research scientist (under 35 years old): annual salary between 500k and 700k CNY.
c) Assistant research scientist (generally under 30 years old): annual salary between 300k and 400k CNY.
d) Post-doctoral scientist (under 30 years old): annual salary between 200k and 300k CNY.
In addition, SDIAT provide scientists with internationally competitive start-up research funds, all the welfare benefits of provincial public institutions and special benefits including housing and children’s education.
We provide strong supports for our staff members to apply for various subsidies from provincial and municipal governments, such as living allowance and house purchase subsidy, and to apply for national and provincial talent or research projects.

Computational Science Research Center
The Computational Science Research Center focuses on the basic and applied research in the field of computational science. Leveraging the AMS Data Center, it is committed to building an international public scientific database. Guided by advanced computing technologies, the center conducts research in high-throughput computing, high-performance computing, advanced data analysis algorithms, data-parallel storage technologies, and artificial intelligence algorithms. It also undertakes large-scale scientific computing tasks to promote interdisciplinary research and exploration.
