The Thermal Science Research Center mainly conducts major basic research, applied basic research, and applied technology research in the field of thermal science. Leveraging the cryogenic experimental platform, it carries out scientific and technological research related to low temperature, including cryogenic fluid research, cryogenic measurement technology, cryogenic heat transfer calculation, cryogenic insulation technology, low-temperature physical properties and structural characterization, to provide theoretical and technical support for understanding cryogenic heat transfer. Based on the precision measurement public science platform, it fosters interdisciplinary collaboration and develops measurement physics.
